The landscape of the minor league season is something to keep in mind in regards to Andrew Vaughn. I think he factors into the #WhiteSox plans in 2021 but I don't expect him to see him on opening day.
Vaughn is the best 1B prospect in the sport and was impressive at the alternate site. He hasn't played above A ball though and there's real concern about a projected playoff team depending on him at the outset of 2021. #WhiteSox
In typical #WhiteSox fashion, Vaughn would head to Charlotte for a tune up while satisfying service time requirements and would join the big league club rather quickly. With an expected delay in the start for MiLB, this will get tricky. I'm curious to see it play out.
