Manufacturing happens in interior nodes like Ludhiana, UP, Haryana, MP. If they want to send the containers to export they need to wait in Daytime at Ghodbunder or Mumbra because heavy vehicles aren't allowed during daytime. Mumbai doesn't even have a Bypass road.
Manufacturers and Agro business in western half of Deccan also depend on JNPT or Mormugoa, but wokes have already declared Goa ports, Rail lines and Roads leading to port shouldn't be augmented.
