/14 So, let’s take a look at how @JoeBiden won the #USElections2020. As you have no doubt heard the official version: there is no proof of any systemic fraud and individual cases of cheating did not affect the outcome.
/14 And yet, many feel that something really untoward happened. And there was… something. And it does concern the mail-in ballots. I will try to explain, but first let me tell you what I will not dwell on.
/14 #BigTech censorship and tendentious pro-Biden propaganda in the #MSM. These were glaringly obvious. It is evident that the #USElections campaign was not fair. Any assessment to the contrary is farcical.
/14 However, there were fewer obvious problems when it came to the actual counting of the votes. This is demonstrated by the inability of @RudyGiuliani to convince any court of significant irregularities.
/14 But there is an issue with the mail-in ballots. First, we must understand that postal voting results in a higher proportion of rejected ballots then in-person voting. This is not in dispute and observable in all the countries that have it.
/14 The reason for this is that mail-in voting requires a number of formalities to be adhered to. Addresses, signatures, full names, dates of birth etc must correspond EXACTLY to the data in the voters’ registry.
/14 This is necessary in order to identify the voter, make sure he is eligible but at the same time to separate the ballot from the envelope that has the personal information, so that the secrecy of the vote is preserved.
/14 In short, more formal requirements lead to more opportunity for error. Error isn’t tolerated by the system (for good reason) and this results in a higher rejection rate. The 2017 UK election had a 2.7% rejection rate for postal votes.
/14 In the US in 2016 it was typically between 1 and 6% depending the state. And now we approach the crux of the issue. This year the rejection rate is much lower across the board. Typically, well below 1%.
/14 In Nevada, it is around 0.75%, in Georgia the rejection rate is 0.2%, in Michigan 0.1% and in Pennsylvania it is a shocking 0.03%. This stunning decrease in rejection rates across the entire US is not a coincidence.
/14 It was a human decision to ignore some or all formal requirements pertaining to postal ballots. This raises a very serious question when we realize that it was clear that the vast majority of postal votes would go to Biden.
/14 Whoever made this decision, it was reckless. The formal requirements attached to mail-in ballots serve a serious security purpose. Many people have noticed this, and having noticed it they will try to take advantage in future elections.
/14 We are already seeing unethical election registration drives in the #GeorgiaSenate Runoffs. Electioneers now assume that ALL postal ballots will be counted regardless of discrepancies. They will abuse this.
END So, there you go. This is how it happened. In order to maximize votes for Biden they sacrificed an important security feature of the election.
