you assume that asian countries only consist of korea, japan, and china. WRONG southeast, south, central, and west asia exists. also stop erasing taiwan from east asia just bc the only east asian countries you know are korea japan and china
you use asian names like min, ching, fatma, and juan when you’re a non asian person. using asian names when you are NOT asian is literally the same as cultural appropriation.
you make fun of our language and letters. for example, you call hangul and thai script as “noodle language”. and you mock asians by saying “ching chong”
making corona virus jokes to asians or simply BLAMING covid 19 on us because we’re asians is RACIST. if an asian person tells you that those jokes are racist, then it is. don’t argue back if you aren’t asian.
you ask “do you eat with your hands” to south/east asians or simply assuming we don’t know how to use utensils
doing the slant eyes/fox eyes trend
you assume that all south asians are only indians when bangladesh, pakistan, nepal, and sri langka exists
i don’t know if there are more slurs towards south asians but i am begging to stop normalizing in saying these to south asians when you, yourself isnt a south asian as well 
you think the philippines is a caregiver country :/
making fun of our classical music, traditional dances, and our CULTURE in general. you have to understand that our culture is not something for you to MESS WITH, or to MAKE FUN OF. our culture has been passed down from generations, the least you can do is to respect it :/
assuming that all asians are “nerds” or the famous asian stereotype “are you good in math” is racist too. shut up even i as an southeast asian struggle with math every year. not all of us are good with academics
it is also racist if you see south asian countries as “poor” countries yes the media made it look like it is but you can be the better person by actually not believing shit you see in media

as a southeast asian, the best thing you can do is to be careful in what you say especially towards asians and to educate yourself about the cultures of each asian countries in order to avoid cultural appropriation and to avoid words that can offend someone by their race
also do NOT use our struggles as an excuse to cancel someone. just don’t. it’s like you’re speaking above us and telling us what’s offensive for us
