We went DEEP... with both myself and the @lightshipcap technical director @marlon_avery we got into the WEEDS... docker, memory management, logging, where the work is being done, personas, multi-tenancy, security, etc etc..
I think this allows a few things... it allows them to see that we can actually add value if we invest, it builds trust, and it allows us to really deeply understand how they solve the same technical challenges we all face at scale.
If you made it this far down the thread... the chicken nugget thing... @CandiceBrackeen was on the call, thought she was on mute... and was asking the kids about bringing her some chicken nuggets... LOL! Because we work and eat on our calls on mute. 😊
