Losing the games this week obviously isn’t ideal for anyone but I think if Notre Dame dosent play at all this week it hurts Tony Sanders and Matt Zona the most.

After a rough start against MSU (give them time it’s their first game) having two games that would’ve likely been big wins where they get lots of low leverage minutes would have been huge for them.
If they could’ve big minutes this week it would’ve been huge for their confidence and it would give them more game experience before heading into one of the toughest stretches in all of college basketball.
Even if Trey Wertz is granted eligibility Brey will still need one or both of Zona and Sanders to contribute this year in some capacity so if the next game Notre Dame plays is Ohio State that isn’t ideal at all for the backend of the rotation.
