An important thread on immunity to COVID-19.

It is (in my opinion) an extremely conservative estimate that 40% of the U.K. population are already immune to Covid-19. Pre-existing immunity is a thing, and those who have already had Covid-19 are immune.
Natural immunity is very much a thing and all you need to do is look at the connection between countries hit by SARS in 2003 and how they displayed strong T Cell responses 17 years later.
Do not vaccinate people that are naturally immune.

The countries below have had a various level of lockdown and distancing measures, yet there’s one constant, ultra low death rates compared to countries not battered by SARS in ‘03.
Thailand - 60 deaths.

0.00352% of worldwide total.
China - 4634 deaths.

0.272% of worldwide total.
Cambodia - 0 deaths.
Mongolia - 0 deaths.
Myanmar - 1941 deaths.

0.114% of worldwide total.
Nepal - 1508 deaths.

0.088% of worldwide total.
South Korea - 526 deaths.

0.030% of worldwide total.
In my opinion it is abhorrent to presume nobody is immune to Covid-19.

You do not need a vaccine to something you are immune to, especially if there has been no study into the long term side effects.
