We've been asked at work to begin thinking about what from the pandemic work experience we would like to carry forward into a post-pandemic world. What would yours be?

At the top of my list is unlimited paid sick time & the expectation that when sick workers will stay home.

Also at the top of my list is the ability to work some of my hours from home / ability to work longer days to minimize the number of commutes per week I have.

I also really appreciate that all conferences and meetings have had remote options and/or have been fully remote. It has lowered time/money barriers to participation in the wider community within my field.
