What are the positive values that west have given the world:
1. scientific method ( could it have developed independently in rest of the world were there no colonization? Maybe ) https://twitter.com/Me_Predictor/status/1334495260160843778

In the early history, indic culture was focused more on empiricism whose results might be primitive now but was quite developed for those times
Stagnation started when empiricism gave way to cargo cult correlations and confusing empirical observations for hard coded facts

The west scientific method itself was based on skeptical empiricism though building on it and formalizing methods to build on knowledge already developed.
You can say that today however some bit of the scientific method of the west has itself got enmeshed in doctrinaire rigidity vs the sceptical empiricism of the age of enlightenment
This is less of a problem in hard sciences but the rigidity elsewhere might be a sign of decline?
Other positive values of the west are a focus on material achievement , focus on individual rights ( to some extent, needs to be balanced), a spirit of questioning ( to some extent, needs to be balanced), and ability to question and correct mistakes of the past
These are some of things indic culture can learn and "balance" with its own values
