During the last @UKLabour leadership there were repeated instances where cases of #LabourAntisemitism were reported which appeared to be blatant examples of anti-Jewish racism as per the IHRA definition. An example was then-TUC president @MarkSerwotka.

He was reported by @LabourAgainstAS in Sept 2018 for reportedly alleging that #LabourAntisemitism was an Israeli conspiracy - surely an open & shut case?
But five months later he was let off, without even a warning.

Not only do cases such as Mr Serwotka’s need to be reviewed by the new complaints process, but serious work needs to be done by David Evans on who develops #LabourAntisemitism moving forwards. & if he isn’t speaking to experts like @DavidHirsh & @daverich1 yet, he should be.

PS & whatever happens, don’t involve someone who was in any way responsible for the whitewash Chakrabarti Report, as Feldman was. Even he seems embarrassed about it, as his role as vice-chair isn’t even mentioned on his profile on the @BirkbeckUoL website:
