The documents suggest there is two-way sharing of data between Aarogya Setu and other databases which include the COVID India Portal and the Ayushman Bharat System. 2/n
During the meetings, concerns were raised about sharing of health data between so many databases. Govt officials also seem to be aware of the problem of false positives being reported by Aarogya Setu. 3/n
Besides Aarogya Setu, the documents contain several references to the ITIHAS system developed by Prof. Kamakoti for hotspot mapping and prediction which would be integrated with the COVID India Portal and Aarogya Setu data. 4/n
The documents also raise serious concerns about cell tower location tracking by DoT which was first used to track post lockdown movement of migrants and may be used for monitoring entry of persons who don't have a pass and reporting their phone numbers. 5/n
