I see it as a net positive for the ADR of $NIO $LI $XPEV:
- Compliance would mean more comfort for investors
- It would attract more investors who are actually not willing to invest in Chinese companies
I am still wondering how they define the notion of control by the Government. Same as for consolidation in US GAAP ? (Variable interest and controlling financial interest).
