Let us discuss about Ayurveda model of eating food . According to ayurveda the first thing you should do when you wake up in the morning is "Ushapan".
In Ushapan you all should have to drink about 1 litre of water on an empty stomach as it not only boost your metabolism.
But also when you are sleeping your body is in healing mode it accumlates a lot of toxins so to flush this toxins from body you should drink water.

According to ayurveda one should consume all three meals in a specific window of sunrise and sunset.
According to ayurveda your digestion directly depends upon the the sun. As sun rises your digestive fire rises .
In morning at breakfast time digestive fire is at moderate level
You should consume your food like a king. You should focus on quality of food instead of quantity
during breakfast.
Now come to the lunch time during lunch time your digestive fire is at peak so you should do lunch like a Prince meanwhile your lunch should be the heaviest meal of the day . If you want to eat sweets and some rajsik food eat them at lunch time.
Now let us talk about dinner you should consume your dinner before sunset. Dinner should be like a beggar means that dinner should be light .
The only one super food ayurveda recommends after sunset is Milk .
As milk have specific digestive enzymes .
Some foods that you all
Should avoid after sunset are curd , bnanas, Raddish, cucumber because of their cold nature .
Some points that you should also keep in mind is that your food should be satvik, seasonal ( seasonal foods provides you a lot of benefits will tell in an onther thread ).
Your food should be from your local surrounding according to the climate of your place.
Your food should be fresh .
And it should be tasty also .
You all should avoid Tamasic food (Non-veg ,food stored with preservatives) .
