I really enjoy @DrewHolden360’s threads, but there isn’t a thread in the world long enough to adequately explain how Biden’s vote totals in key swing states moved in a straight line upward at 4 a.m. w/ tabulation rates > than the equipment at precincts was capable of processing. https://twitter.com/drewholden360/status/1334306437451886593
2/ I would also wager a substantial sum that he has not read either of the cases filed by @SidneyPowell1 and her team. Of note in GA, among many issues, is that the Governor & Secretary of State entered into a settlement agreement w/ multiple Democrat entities on 3/6/2020
3/ that altered the current GA election code. The Governor and SoS don’t have the legislative or legal authority to do so. These changes affected 100’s of thousands of ballots. You might call this a “conspiracy”, but it is straightforward black letter law. In my opinion, either
3/ he did not read the filing, or doesn’t understand the violation of law being alleged. I would be interested to hear if he disagrees.

Additionally, we know that similar measures were taken in PA by Gov. Wolf & SoS Kathy Boockvar, who allowed for ballots to be received up to 3
4/ days after the polls closed on November 3rd. Likewise w/ regard to GA, neither had the legal authority to do so, no matter what the [biased] PA Supreme Court ruled. Again, this is black letter law and affected a substantial # of ballots, among many other issues in PA. I’d
5/ caution Drew, or anyone else, to base their opinion on the rulings of a few courts. It’s also important to note that a majority of lawsuits filed have not been put forward by Trump’s team, but private citizens and/or organizations.
6/ In the lawsuit filed by Sean Parnell in PA, for example, their case was rejected by the court because the Judge said that it wasn’t filed in a timely fashion, not because the evidence lacked merit. There is a reason why our judicial
7/ system was structured in such a way as to allow plaintiffs [or defendants] the opportunity to file appeals in higher courts to seek relief. I’m not sure how familiar he is with the legal process, but you can’t snap your fingers & magically make a court filing appear.
8/ These efforts take quite a bit of time and resources — they require: securing & compiling the claims, vetting the witnesses, vetting the information, locating the various laws alleged to be broken drafting the filings + exhibits to be presented & more.
9/ As you can imagine, this simply doesn’t happen overnight. Yes, time is of the essence. Yes, they’re working against an extremely tight deadline given the time-frame between the election & when the EC selects the President. They’ve already begun presenting evidence
10/ and have signaled that they will continue to do so. These matters will inevitably be run-up the flagpole of our judicial system, which again takes some time. I personally have seen enough to cast substantial doubt on the accuracy of the results. I could continue, but do you
11/ not find it REMOTELY suspicious that Dominion:

1) Has refused to testify,
2) Backed out of hearings, and
3) Refuses to turn over their software, machines or internal code for inspection and examination, dating back years? Not suspicious to you? Why not?
12/ Finally, if you are going to make the accusation that patriotic Americans like Sidney Powell are simply engaged in a money-grab, you’d better have a DAMN good reason to make such a defamatory claim. Take a look at her career. Does her resume look like she’s driven by money?
13/ That insinuation and allegation is completely out of line, in my opinion.
No need for name-calling in the comments, please. Just a difference of opinion here and me pointing out one place where I thought he made an insinuation that was [in my opinion] out of line. As I said, I have no problem w/ Drew and have enjoyed his threads for a long time 👍🏼
