When a hawk kills a chicken and then some vultures come and steal its kill, no one says the vultures violated the hawk's property rights or that the hawk violated the chicken's property rights. That's nature. It's no different with humans.
Insist impotently that you have rights, when has that ever stopped anyone from taking them?
