BREAKING: During the round of questions for the witness [as dictated by the Chair of the Michigan House Oversight Committee], MI House Rep @darrincamilleri attempts to break decorum and the rules by directing his question to @RudyGiuliani. The Chair steps in to remind Rep.

2/ Camilleri of the established rules [which allow questions for Mr. Giuliani at the end of the hearing]. @darrincamilleri goes on to complain a bit, before finally addressing the witness, Ms. Jessy Jacobs, a female Indian immigrant who has served the city of Detroit for 34

3/ years in various capacities as an engineer. She worked at the TCF Center in Detroit prior to the election and testified about several alleged illegal acts that she witnessed [being instructed to back-date ballots, not to verify signatures, etc.].

@darrincamilleri then

4/ falsely claims that Ms. Jacobs previously testified in MI yesterday [Tuesday, Dec. 1] and that her story was in the media. [These are both lies, which are corrected by @RudyGiuliani & Ms. Jacobs].

5/ then accuses @RudyGiuliani of asking misleading questions earlier in the hearing, before turning to witness to ask his question in the following condescending manner:

“Judge Kenny of the Wayne County Circuit Court has ruled that your testimony in court was incorrect and not

6/ credible, so why should we believe anything you said here today?”

@RudyGiuliani & @JennaEllisEsq clarify that no judge has rejected her testimony. She has never been a witness in court and that it would have been impossible for a judge to assess her credibility.

It is

7/ important to note that Ms. Jacobs was NOT at the hearing yesterday as Rep. Camilleri falsely claimed, nor does there appear to be any evidence that any Judge has determined that her affidavit was “not credible”.

[If that is the case, I will issue a correction]

8/ The question by Rep. Camilleri was made after @RepCAJohnson had used her time to ask the witness for her maiden name [for a reason that isn’t clear - perhaps as a means of intimidation].

The level of disrespect being shown by some of the Democrat MI House reps is astounding.
