Only curb-moving changes: No left turn onto EB Irving during AM & PM peaks; a new left-turn lane will be built at Harvard St instead. NB 16th will also get a new, dedicated left turn onto WB Harvard/NB Mt Pleasant.

The island between 16th St and the Mt Pleasant St extension will also be trimmed; thus, most vehicles turning from SB 16th St NW will be sent into the extension/slip lane (though "you can do both"
