30 days of things I'm proud of from this stressful, exhausting year that is 2020. I'll add something every day (two today because I missed yesterday)
1. In the 1st weeks of lockdown we issued payments to live clubs creating cash flow, created a fund to provide whatever was needed to stay connect & active, & trialled tech solutions. We were agile under pressure.

2. We launched an exciting piece of live research in East London looking at what influences women & girls to be/not be active & how we influence those factors to create +ve change @LondonSport with @AudienceNet @EssexCCB @lotrust @WHUFoundation results due early 2021
3. The relationship management team @LondonSport provided local authority contract managers with weekly updates on the latest guidance, webinars to problem-solve the main challenges to re-opening leisure centres and sports facilities.
4. Relationship manager covering Ealing @joejolyon getting involved with the Southall Local Delivery Pilot's Active Communities Campaign, which also gave @LondonSport insight into a different method for getting to know the people in a place. https://tinyurl.com/y6zeruk5

Being the first organisation to collect all the NGB return to safe, socially distanced play guidance in one place. We still update regularly

13. @LondonSport RMs @emily_neilan & Richard have supported Haringey & Enfield councils with plans to improve engagement from Turkish, Kurdish & Turkish Cypriot residents in physical activity. Using research findings the focus is on creating a representative workforce & promotion

16. @LondonSport take diversity seriously changing our recruitment practices, improving year on year for participation to be representative of London's residents.
