A Thread on January (May do another one at the start of the window which will likely have some updates of anything I hear):

This window won't be too busy a) Its January and b) COVID effects. Don't expect any big deals not only for Spurs but any club.
In terms of Incomings there are 2 positions Tottenham are looking at and will continue to look at in the summer these are
- CB
- Creative midfielder

The need for a CB will be reduced if Rodon/Sanchez impress and Tottenham continue their impressive defensive record.
The names for each position are as followers at CB :
Skriniar is the top target but there are other players young(ish) but highly rated CBs they've looked at
Milenkovic , Demiral and Ben White are the other 3 I've heard.
There'll be others too but these 4 are the main ones.
In terms of a creative midfielder the need isn't as great as CB and the other problem is the competition
Spurs 100% like players like Sabitzer , Grealish and Szoboszlai.
Incomings is likely to be opportunities , if the creative midfielder is bought its likely to be an 'opportunity'
In terms of outgoings :
Spurs are desperately trying to get rid of Danny Rose , so that may reach a conclusion
Gedson is unlikely to stay around and his loan may be cut short
Gazzaniga is surplus to requirements
and Dele could be loaned out (although this is a hard deal to do)
Winks will stay. He'll get a lot of game time and Tottenham need the homegrown numbers.
Other players such as Sanchez will also get gametime but they must prove themselves..

In terms of youth/loans I don't really know yet , I'll ask around but I'm not too well informed about
that department.

Well that's all the info I have/know.

Hope that's useful and it explains the clubs plans well. Despite this being a long thread don't expect a busy January is the conclusion.
