My dad, Art Kleinstein, was a generous soul who’d rather be remembered for what he did for the community and his family than anything he did in business or for himself.

He also loved what we did for work, particularly because he LOVED sports. He was so proud of everything we put out and would show our videos to friends/family/strangers. He made me feel so grateful to have started this business.

In that spirit, and unbeknownst to me originally, the @FreshTapeMedia team launched the #ArtDepartment, a division of our company (named after him) that would be entirely focused on positive impact and charitable initiatives.

We’ve already done a few projects with organizations like @CoveredColorado, @Kipp, and an awesome partnership between us, @afropunk and @whalar (which you’ll hear a lot more about soon).

If you ever met someone from the team at @FreshTapeMedia, you may have thought they were good at their jobs and fun to be around. But this isn’t about being talented creatives. This is about being extraordinary human beings.

The bottle in the first picture was a tribute to how he celebrated the anniversary of every loved one's passing (yahrtzeit) with a sip of scotch. They also got me this jersey, which sits behind me in every meeting as a reminder of the guy who really made all this happen.

The gift they gave me is something that not only had an impact on me, but will be the work that Fresh Tape will be remembered by for years to come. Client work is great. Making a difference can be greater. I'm so lucky to have this team by my side through it all.
