If you dont want to take the vaccine, thats fine. You'll just need to stay indoors for a very long time. The world wasn't built around you and it wont stop for you. There's such a thing as collective responsibility.
Human life is fleeting and fragile. You could have been born in 2000 BC and stepped out of your cave one morning and been killed by a falling rock. Nobody would have noticed. Its not all about YOU.
theres literally 1000s of things that you enjoy in your every day life that have been achieved by consensus and the world system. Roads. Shops. Clothes. Food. If you think you know better fine but you need to step out on your own and stop relying on it all.
you have had vaccines at school. nobody batted a fucking eyelid.
Flu vaccine comes out every Christmas. Guess what, its a different one every time. Imagine that!
Scientists, far more clever than you or I, working round the clock, have come up with a chance to get our lives back to normal. And you want to chuck it all away because of some half arsed nonsense you have read on facebook, because you think everyones out to get YOU
I for one want to thank every single one of those scientists, giving THEIR lives up to try and get OUR lives back to normal, removed from politics, just using their fantastic, unfathomable skills to try and get us back into a normal life, instead of sitting in our houses all day.
Imagine how soul destroying it must be for these incredible people who have given up their lives to get us out of the biggest socioeconomic disaster since world war 2, to see people who haven't got so much as GCSE Biology dismissing their efforts on the basis of er, facebook.
the word 'ungrateful' springs to mind.
