APPARENTLY
Naked Mole Rats are extremely unique as mammals due to the fact that that exist in eusocial colonies. There is 1 breeding female, usually 3 Male breeding mates, and the rest of the brood is sterile

Most eusocial animals are insects (think of ants)
There are special mole rats within these colonies that ARE fertile and built with greater fat reserves because their purpose is to seek out an individual from another colony to mate with if inbreeding has become a problem in her native colony
Bear in mind that Mole Rats also have very low / almost no "Substance P" which is used by our bodies to send pain signals and their species are unbelieveably resilient to cancer, almost immune
