My partner, @TimLaheyMD, is on call today, taking care of people hospitalized w/ infectious diseases, including COVID. He has been concerned enough over rising numbers in our area that he regularly does TV & radio spots to advise people about how to stay safe & healthy.

He took a pay cut to ensure *all* workers get paid during this time of decreased - yes DECREASED - hospital revenue.

So when I had to spend my day locating & removing these signs, I lost it. There I was, angry-crying on the shoulder of a highway off ramp.

This is where we are as a society thanks to Trump & his efforts to undermine science, demonize healthcare workers, & fuel conspiracy theories.

I don't want sympathy, I want support for the helpers, the people who care for *everyone*, even those who call them liars.
