This is the IBM 5151 monochrome monitor, the original monitor for the IBM PC.
It's big, monochrome (kinda: it's really 3/4-shades-of-grey, I think?), and originally TEXT ONLY (that's an adapter restriction), but pixel-wise it's 720x350

Rather than have a power switch, it just hooks into the back of the PC's power supply, so when you turn the PC on, it turns the monitor on.
oh god I googled the connectors and now I'm seeing weird IEC C13/C14 adapters help
