1) In a world where Luka Doncic sports-cards are selling for tens of thousands dollars, one low-population rookie-card has been flying under the radar and may be set for an explosive move.

2) With many of today’s most sought-after NBA cards showcasing players in awkward poses with shiny backgrounds, the live-action cards bring a sense of comfort & nostalgia Prizms never could. One such card I’ve been collecting lately is the Panini Chronicles Luka Doncic rookie.
3) With a population of just 136 PSA 10s, this rookie-card is not only one of the least populous Luka rookies out there, but also the one with the strongest growth since the August market-peak. Let’s compare
4) As you can see in the image below, over the past 3 months the best performing Luka base rookies have been the Mosaic (+53%), the Optic (+28%), and the Prizm (+18%). But all three trail the Chronicles, the latter two by a wide margin
5) Although the sample size is small due to the low population, we can see that the Panini Chronicles have been blowing other base cards out of the water in recent months to the tune of 78% growth, consistently printing both higher highs and higher low in the process.
6) So while it’s tough making generalizations about a sample size of 11, I’m betting that in a market that values scarcity above nearly all else, these Luka cards - which can still be found on @CheckOutMyCards for as little as $375 - still have plenty of room to grow.
