I'm gonna go on a rant about confidence

Confidence is everything.

I've seen alot of guys being very insecure as of late or being afraid of asking the chick they like out.

I'll tell you something rn, if you go into it thinking you're gonna be rejected then you probably will be. How can someone love you when you dont even love yourself.

Stop sitting around and yearning for something and then not going for it, its pathetic. If you want something but aren't confident enough to go for it, then focus on bettering yourself in whatever way you're lacking and build some confidence, even if you have to fake it at first

Confidence can get you so far, people pick up on the way you feel about yourself. Dress in clothes youre confident in. Let them accentuate you, dont let the clothes wear you. They should be an extension of you.

I mean just add a little swagger to the way you walk and people will notice it instantly. When im feeling good or want people to notice me. I just stand up straight, walk with a wide stride and swing my arms

When I dont wanna be noticed, I slouch my shoulders a bit and avoid eye contact. The problem is thats all some of you do, and its not by choice

If you wake up everyday and think "im gonna fail or get rejected" or "I hate myself, ill never be good enough" then of course thats all youre ever gonna be, its a self fulfilling prophecy

Focus on yourself, gain some confidence and then go for the thing you want. Whether its a girl or some other goal

And if you get rejected, oh well. Its done then and it will hurt for a bit but then you'll move on. Would you rather do that or just hang around the girl and keep your feelings for her as you watch her get with other guys. One is an instant pain and ones drawn put.

And I get it, for some of you chicks have done very shitty things or multiple chicks have, and thats ruined your sense of self worth. As I said you need to move on, focus on yourself and realize those people are garbage who aren't worth your time.

If she hurt or betrayed you so bad, then she was never worth it and doesn't deserve to even affect you.

A drill Sargeant once told me something ill never forget. He said that they don't want the strongest or smartest soldier. They want the soldier that always gets back up and says "one more time"
