I challenge you to walk 10,000 steps every day.
Personally, I like to go for 2 walks (5,000 each).
1st: Right after I wake up
2nd: After my lunch
BONUS: Plug in your favorite podcast/audiobook.
Get smarter while walking.

Gyms closed? Not an excuse.
Do home workouts.
5-6 times per week.
Make sure you have some rest days so your muscles can recover.

CREATE A ROUTINE.
Write it on a piece of paper and follow it relentlessly.
You'll:
