I think this morning's report and approval makes #Mississauga the first city in the GTHA to approve personal e-Scooters.

My personal take on micromobility which I shared today:
Building bike lanes without a micromobility system is like building the Transitway without having a bus system. The lanes are important but on their own will not solve the equity issues or get enough people using them.

Treat micromobility like an extension of the transit system, to increase mobility and access for many more people. When it is integrated with transit, micromobility becomes a useful travel demand management tool, and can help guide the management of the transit supply as well.
