There is no data that even tangentially suggests that the solution to police misconduct is more training. To believe this, is to be wholly incorrect and naive.
When small businesses fail to perform, they are shuttered. The police lie, they steal, they kill, they beat everyone in their homes and then beat people on the street.

They have failed at their alleged goal. So? Get rid of them.
The literal billions we waste, equipping losers to do state sanctioned crime, can be used for education, housing and infrastructure.
That’s it. Take the money out of police forces and put it into schools, housing, hospitals and roads. Imagine how much crime drops when people are not homeless and hungry!
