This was a key point in the hearing, raised by our barrister Paul Skinner, on Montgomery, a legal case that had been argued previously.
This was the legal case introduced by our barrister as more relevant to the case being heard. It introduces the issue of where a child's beliefs are influenced by a particular environment but may later change with adult experience.
The judges agreed with our barrister. There are other points throughout the judgment where we can see the influence of our intervention and we couldn't have asked for a better barrister to represent us. Thank you @Paul___Skinner.
