this has been long overdue, but heres a thread on transphobia in the she ra fandom (please rt)
for context: some trans people, me included, discuss (usually jokingly) hating cis people. this can sometimes be a coping mechanism to trans people who have faced oppression from cis people. however, a certain few cis people in the she ra fandom have taken issue with this

this is the first instance of complaining about “cisphobia” from the people in this screenshot, from about 3 weeks ago this came after another (trans) twitter user made a joke about hating cis people

i wasnt able to locate most of the screenshots from the second instance of this, but it occured around a week after the first discussion about it. here are all the screenshots i could find. (there was more, i just wasnt able to find them. ill attach them if i can find them)
finally, here’s the third time they discussed “cisphobia,” this one being just last night (1/5)

ive spoken to a few other trans people about this, including those that were present in the group chat this is all being discussed in, and all of us have expressed feeling uncomfortable and upset about these discussions of cisphobia. actual trans people in this gc have said they-
-tried to bring up how cisphobia is not real, but have said that they were ignored, and they continue to talk about it.
