Ok. I came across this thread today, and there are many things wrong with this. So, I’m making this thread as to some of the things said in that thread that I disagree with.

This thread roughly has 2 components to it.
1. Men should do more domestic work.
2. How to avoid turning your children into feminists.

Let’s look at point 1 first. Idea that men are lazy bums who are not doing enough while women are hard working angels is a feminist meme. This idea comes because they look at the data selectively i.e., only at domestic work.
When you look at TOTAL work (domestic + childcare + paid) you would see that men worked more hours then and men work more hours now.
Before you say that the data is from USA, please keep in mind that Indian men (Asian men in general) work even longer hours than westerners. Also, it is easier to hire maids in India compared to western countries.
Paid work is extremely stressful and dehumanizing. From a company’s p.o.v you are nothing but a tiny bolt that can be replaced at any time. YOU. ARE. REPLACEABLE.
Domestic work is not like that. You are appreciated for your contribution. YOU. ARE. NOT. REPLACEABLE.

Paid work by its very nature is such that it reduces you to a robot stripping away all your humanity. In countries like Japan people are even dying, yes dying, because of over work. No wonder men have higher suicide rate.
Even radial feminists like Jane Gerhard are accepting that many women find domestic work very fulfilling.
Add to this equation the question of divorce. European men who contribute most to domestic work have highest divorce rates and Indian men who contribute least to domestic work have lowest divorce rates.
Research suggests that deviation from traditional gender roles increases the rate of divorce.
Why do you think Liberals have higher divorce rate than conservatives?
Anyway, let’s look at point 2. OP suggests that if men did more domestic work, it would stop children from becoming feminists. I doubt it strongly. So far I have not come across any data that might suggest such a thing.
In fact, data suggests otherwise. Research suggests that importance of parenting is overblown.

People overstate the importance of role of parenting in child’s future personality/attitude. Here is a rough break up of influences on child’s future personality
1. Genetics – 0.4
2. Parenting – 0.2
3. Environment – 0.4

During olden days people observed that there is a significant similarity between parents and children and attributed that similarity to parenting. As the field of genetics developed, we found out that most of that similarity is because of genetics not parenting.
Please note that these are ballpark figures only. Actual numbers vary from trait to trait. For example, IQ has a genetic component of 0.5 – 0.8, whereas political attitudes, traditionalism, sex attitudes, feminism has a genetic component of 0.4 – 0.5.
This is why it is extremely important not to marry a feminist. If you marry a feminist, even if you bring up your kids in a patriarchal household, there is a significant possibility that they would become feminist.
The second thing is environment. We don’t have much control over it, but we can try. The problem is people with certain genotype would seek out environments that are best suited for the expression of that genotype.
In simple words like attracts like. People want to be friends with people like them. Delinquents seek out other delinquents for friendship. Feminists want to be friends with feminists only. And so on.
So, if you don’t marry a feminist and bring up your kids in a patriarchal household then even if the zeitgeist is feminist (you can’t control environment) your kid will seek out environments like trad twitter groups, conservative YouTube channels etc. because of her genetics
So basically, not marrying a feminist is one of the best ways to avoid your kids turning feminist.
Conclusion: I'm not against helping out waifu in her chores, by all means go ahead but not for ensuring your kids don't become feminist but because you want to help her out genuinely.

vegetables and ironing clothes etc. occasionally. Same thing with other members of my family. When mom said it was too tiring washing clothes my father on the next day itself hired a dhobi and purchased a washing machine.
You should help out your waify however you can.
If your hubby doesn't help out much with chores then it doesn't mean he's bad.
