Ministers will lay regulations tomorrow to add the Pfizer vaccine to the Vaccine Damages Payments Act which pays a one-off £125k for anyone permanently harmed by the vaccine.
I just asked Pfize's UK MD Ben Osborn why Pfizer needed an indemnity if they were happy the vaccine was safe.

His reply: "We're not actually disclosing any of the details around any of the aspects of that agreement and specifically around the liability clauses."
