Germany set up ample liquidity support and extended "Kurzarbeit" quickly. Agreement that this needs to continue while lockdowns last. Do firms draw on funds only slowly because the economy is doing ok? Or are access criteria too heavy for solo-selfemployed and micro-enterprises?/

Everybody: School closures damaged the most disadvantaged children. Keep schools open this winter. Also: need to work urgently on addressing unequal access to high-quality learning and bolster children's digital skills.
Pfeiffer: Digitalise local health authorities urgently to bolster track and trace.
Agreement that paving the path to digital and green transformation of economy will create trust.
