When "we" talk about issues like water, electricity, public hygiene, public transport, road and civil infra, it is because the "we" is largely UC people. They never bother about this.

They could earn as much as we do or more and yet their only affiliation is to their kin. Even well educated ones talk in fancy english to fancy audiences on how UC wealth and property should be given to them and how UC women should be reduced to sex slaves.
There come excuses - "Oh they are lives are literally threatened so it is natural for them to talk about this", "If you were oppressed, you too would think about it all the time", "It's trans generational trauma", etc.
So much of intellectual potpourri to cover up the stink of their intrinsic subhumanity. The fact is that Jai bhim boys don't care about these things. Even if they were given it for free, they would still find a way to get oppressed.
They don't care about these issues for any of the above xyz reasons. They do so because it is simply not in their nature to.

While the ancestors of UC's built one of the most glorious civilisations on the face of this earth, these absolute savages lived in their own settlements (obviously, at our mercy and magnanimity), they stuck there for thousands of years and lived in those savage ways.
Today, even after decades of democracy and all sorts of schemes and policies directed at their "upliftment", they continue to live in their filthy bastis - full of moral degeneracy, filth and utterly desolate living conditions.
These Bhim boys won't care about these "important issue" because it is in their nature to not. You expect people who couldn't build a civilisation for thousands of years to all of a sudden sustain one, if not continue and further prosper with it. Who is deluding themselves here?
With democracy and obvious demographic advantages, bhim boys will convert India into their basti - a filthy cramped shithole bubbling with all sorts of mongrels and mutts; backward and undisciplined, full of moral degeneracy and living at the mercy of superiors.
You already see a lot of those symptoms. It will only get worse from there.
In summary, people like you and me care about infra, your average bhim boy living in jhopda doesnt have live there because he has to, it is because that's where he belongs.
