Like, you can say the Twins are cheap or dumb for letting him go, but the fact that he's been available in trades the last two offseasons and likely won't be claimed is an indicator that he just doesn't have a skillset valued super highly in modern baseball.
Rosario could be Kirby Puckett with marginal improvements to his walk rate and defense.

But at 29, it's just not that likely. He is who he is.
