Writing it down into the physical realm means your subconscious mind internalises it better than just the wishy-washy thought of 'I would like to stop this behaviour'
With all that being said, any progress is an improvement on what you were at before - so if you slip up and - just get back on the horse and donât waste any time or energy in beating yourself up.
Consciously recognise what it was that triggered you into âfailingâ, and be aware of that for next time.
