Does the principle advocated for in this second article not equally apply to those who have been convicted in a court of law of a crime, after being afforded all of the protections of due process, etc?
Of course, it is suggested that is should be voluntary. This seems a bit naive, and something one can speak of in theory regarding severe disease, but cannot really translate to real life in any meaningful way.
