Caveat that this is not my area of expertise, but it appears that as of a CA state filing made earlier this year, David Lynch has been made the sole corporate officer of Twin Peaks Productions, Inc.; previously, the officer positions had been split between Mark Frost & Lynch.
I'd caution reading too much into this - in part b/c another Lynch/Frost TP prod. co., 'Rancho Rosa Partnership, Inc.', made its own CA state filing just a couple weeks after the Twin Peaks Prod's one, in March 2020 - and it still has Frost / Lynch sharing its officer positions
As you can see from this 1990 filing, back then Mark Frost was the president and secretary of Twin Peaks Productions, Inc. (There's also a 1993 filing that's unfortunately not viewable online; it's conceivable this officer change was made back then, though that seems unlikely.)
It may in and of itself be significant that these two TP production companies both had corporate filings made earlier this year; in each case, no previous filings had been made since at least 2015, when work on TP:TR was gearing up.
If there are any California corporate attorneys (or similarly knowledgeable individuals) who'd like to take a stab at interpreting all this, then by all means, any thoughts are welcome.
I came across all this while researching my earlier thread, on the new 'A2K' production company Lynch has created for working on his Netflix 'Wisteria' project (see thread below). https://twitter.com/fatecolossal/status/1333819989476990977?s=20
