So I take the first step on my little railway adventure.
First ... a short trip on Waratah set A69 on the @T2SydneyTrains Inner West Line.
It was six minutes late, which is a good thing, otherwise I would have missed it & I would have had to wait 15 minutes for the next train. This gives me a bit more wriggle room for my connection to the next train.

A 19-minute wait
The platform displays don’t show very well how the train divides at Werris Creek into two separate portions, one for Moree and one for Armidale ... it makes it look like Gunnedah is the next station after Armidale.
