Military sacrifices civilians dont hear about. With the media saturated by so many lies and negativity it's not easy for civilians strike a connect with the military. I remember thinking to myself, how come no one knows about these guys?

I thought we should be shouting these stories from the rooftops. I wondered why no one was writing about this, then I thought, why don't I do it? What I want to do is bridge that gap and give Nigerians the granular details of what goes on over there in the front.

As a country, Nigeria has been at war nonstop for the past 19 years. As a public, it has not. After over a decade of war, in which 80% of Nigerians have been shielded from, it stands to reason that there are volumes of untold stories of self sacrifice in the military.

Despite the achievements of so many service members, the Nigerian public tends to only hear about is the negative stuff. Given below is a chat between an obviously frustrated soldier in the frontline.
