1/ Regarding Bill Barr's comments: In his favor, it takes a long time to develop a complex federal criminal case, especially if you're working backward from statistical anomalies toward the perpetrators and their methods.
2/ On the other hand, some of the old-fashioned, ballot-box stuffing seems pretty obvious. And, I hope, that the FBI and DoJ are going after that stuff.

The trouble is that even simple cases like that take a lot of time and resources to bring to trial, months and years.
3/That's why, for tactical reasons, I'm not all in on the Dominion stuff, even though I believe it's probably true.

The evidence of traditional, old-fashioned hand-made fraud is overwhelming in the four cities in question. It's simpler to explain and easier to believe.
4/ Also Barr is exactly correct, the immediate solution for Trump has to be in the civil courts and legislatures, not the criminal courts. Not only is that just how things work in our system, but the criminal process takes far too much time and we don't have much time to do this.
5/ That's why Trump has the dual strategy of trying to convince the legislatures and courts. He's trying to convince the legislatures to fix the election by sending his electors. While the court process plays out according to it's own rules.
6/ The fastest way is to get the legislatures to act. Which is why he's dumping so much into their laps.

Of course, this is a political process, so we need to apply political pressure by calling our reps and officials 24/7
7/Hopefully the SCOTUS will intervene, but if you can get the legislatures to do their duty to provide a fair election, you can worry less about what they're doing.

The criminal part of this will play out long after the election is settled.
