Each of the last few Decembers, I've posted a ridiculously long thread of my favorite music released that year, randomly generated from a playlist I build over the year. Figure I'll do it again this year, because I enjoy the process of listening to the songs again.
Usually I'd link to the thread from the first year I did this, but for some reason Twitter won't let me search old tweets of my own (anyone else have this problem?). The gist of that thread is that I'm obsessed with new music, and listen to hundreds of new songs every week.
The playlists I build come from the ones I like best.
This year I did things slightly differently, and put the songs into monthly playlists, so at least to start, to I'll see how doing things by month goes.
