"not enough to change the election outcome" is a broad term, designed to leave space for those who believe voter and election fraud exists. It doesn't.
Barr's statement is an act of cowardice. As US Attorney General, he should be able to say specifically how many cases are under active investigation by the FBI. He doesn't because the number is too small to sustain the myth.
That bonafide news organizations allow this framing without meaningful challenge is dangerous.
Voter and election fraud are separate acts. The first has only a few cases each campaign season, and some of them are clearly voter error. Not a single incidence of the second.
And for those of you conflating campaign finance violations (ie that old practice of handing out "walk around money" that nobody does anymore) w/ voter/ election fraud. Stop it. People do get caught, get fined and/ or go to jail for it.
