1/5 Reflecting on the start of the Cv19 panic, the censoring of @aginnt & @AJKayWriter was an indication something was terribly wrong.

Though not perfect, both articles were clearly reasoned & well-sourced.

Furthermore, the key points have since been substantiated many times.
2/5 The central points of Ginn's article have been shown to be correct:
-Case count alone is a bad metric
-Exponential spread is short-term
-Seasonality is important
-Children are at very low risk
-Asymptomatic spread isn't a driver
-Schools should be open https://www.zerohedge.com/health/covid-19-evidence-over-hysteria
4/5 The censoring of these articles, which offered a calmer, less-draconian reaction to CV19, is in stark contrast to the allowance & promotion of pieces that sold fear & lockdowns.

Chief among those was Tomas Pueyo's initial panic piece: https://twitter.com/OBusybody/status/1302627447775596544
5/5 Even more disheartening, is that censorship quickly spread & has not abated since:

“The net effect of academic bullying and ad hominem attacks has been the creation and maintenance of 'groupthink'—a problem that carries its own deadly consequences." https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/the-covid-science-wars1/
