No - police brutality in the Dannenröder Forest in Germany is systemic.
This thread is a far from complete summary of the incidents of police brutality against protesters in the last weeks.

On November 15th a police officer cuts (!) a rope holding a tripod (3-legged wooden blockade structure) and an activist falls 5 m. Severely injured, she is delivered to the hospital.

Ein Aktivist gegen den Ausbau der Autobahn A 49 in Mittelhessen ist am Sonntagmorgen im Dannenröder Forst bei einem Unfall verletzt worden. Der Mann sei aus einer Höhe von fünf Metern abgestürzt.

After police at first denied having caused the accident, there is now an ongoing investigation for negligent bodily injury against the officer.

ONE(!) day later there is another accident. Due to police and workers not respecting security distances, a tree crashes into a traversing rope. This results in an activist dropping several meters in a pendulum fall.

On November 21st, police break another rope and cause an activist to fall 5 m to the ground. Several officers had stepped on the well-marked rope, which snapped under their weight.

But that wasn't all.
On November 20th, police officers used a electro-shock 'taser' against 2 activists 25 m above the ground (!), allegedly because they were 'tightly hugging'.

There is a lot more police brutality and misconduct in the Dannenröder Forest. Security distances are often ignored. Neither members of the press, nor activists nor even the officers themselves are safe from the falling trees.

Reports of police indiscriminately destroying activists' belongings are common. Also the refusal of officers to wear face masks despite activists asking them to do so has become an everyday occurrence in the forest.

Besides the above mentioned incidents, police also use tactics of targeted psychological attrition in Dannenröder forest. E.g., one activist had her hair cut against her will while in police custody.

The police, meanwhile, describe their strategy as one of 'calm and de-escalation', and claim to follow the motto 'safety before speed'.

Monday, November 23rd:
A special unit (SEK) officer kicks a traverse rope for several minutes. As a result, a person almost falls from their hammock which is attached to the rope - see second video in the thread.
