how living with the smash characters would be like, a thread:
1. mario would probably welcome you to his home with open arms. polite and humble, he'd probably try and take you on adventures while also letting you relax, as long as you're having fun.
2. donkey kong would probably be a bit lazy during the day, taking time to snooze. but he's a party animal and his family is fun. just don't touch their stuff
3. link probably wouldn't be one for conversation, but he would listen to you ramble all day. he's a gentleman and would be very kind to you. don't leave any vases lying around though.
4. samus probably would be very stoic and no nonsense. she would get you on an early schedule to work out and train with her. at night though is where things would die down. don't be scared if she has a baby alien with her
6. yoshi would probably be like a dog with a human consciousness. he'll leave eggs on the floor. and he has friends. a lot of friends.
7. Kirby would be very nice to you, looking cute and cuddly. i hope you enjoy table scraps though. you probably wouldn't eat much at all with him around.
8. Fox would be a respectful roommate. He'd talk to you about his piloting missions and how he beat the shit out of Andross. He'd also probably have parties, more on that later
9. Pikachu is literally just a pet rat that can electrocute you
10. if you're living with Mario, chances are you're living with Luigi too. He probably won't be as social, but he's a sweetheart. Don't let him decide the living arrangements, though; he has a bad track record with that.
11. Ness would just a normal teenage boy. He plays baseball, hangs out with his friends, beats the shit out of aliens, the usual.
13. jigglypuff would probably serenade you with sweet songs at night. they're so sleep-inducing...zzz...
14. Peach is the ultimate glamour girl. She would be super peppy and cute, but a bit on the ditzy side. But girl look at your nails!!! Killing it!
15. Daisy would take you dirtbiking when she isn't busy ruling over Sarasaland. She would be super rough and aggressive but would mean well all the time. She knows 25 slurs but never uses them.
16. Despite his big monster look, bowser would probably be a sweet guy. He'd talk to you quietly about how he's trying his best to care for his son and ruling his kingdom. You'll often do things his way though, unless Mario is present.
17. Icies are saving up to go to to Mt. Everest once the pandemic fades. They'll always be courteous, though they tend to talk over eachother sometimes.
18. You won't see much of sheik at all. They'll always pop in to tell you something important, but you're mostly home alone.
19. Zelda would spend most of her time studying for fun and brushing her hair. She's a sweet girl, but not one for much conversation, and she has a little bit of a bratty side. Hey, where did she go? Oh hi sheik
20. Dr. Mario is busy with covid patients. He's working with the doctors on a vaccine. At home, he's probably going to be his normal plumber self.
21. Pichu is literally just a pet rat that can electrocute you.....BUT BABY
22. Falco would be really egotistical and cocky, but he's a sweet guy and a gentleman in his spare time. He's not a big fan of video games cause he sucks at them. He will probably get drunk with his buddies and get pranked into fucking a hole in the wall again.
23. Marth is classy. He will discuss battle plans with you and help you solve solutions to any problem, minor or not. You may need to remind him to wear pants sometimes.
24. Lucina would probably be a plain but fun roommate. She'd have fun playing games and hanging out with you. Don't piss her off though
25. Young Link will require a lot of patience, as he's just a kid. But even so, he's a great swordsman, well beyond his years. Don't be surprised if you get calls that he was wearing scary masks at school and turned into a fish man.
26. Ganondorf would sit on the couch a lot, drinking some beer and throwing magic balls of energy at the TV whenever the Chiefs fumbled a ball (dw he'll pay for it). He also eats a lot of KFC and is generally very loud.
27. Mewtwo requires a very large tank filled with psycho fluid. He would probably stay in there for a while. Don't invite guests over to see the fetus cat.
28. Roy is actually pretty quiet in his free time. He enjoys fencing and sports. He also has a temper.
29. Chrom would sit in a recliner talking to you about battles. He's a very laid back guy, and he would enjoy some tea.
30. Mr. Game & Watch would be an advocate for workers rights. Despite this, he likes capitalism, and there isn't much more to him. Kinda flat.
31. Meta Knight would invite you to live on the Halberd. He enjoys Mexican cuisine and has a collection of toothpicks.
32. Pit would be very kind and naive. You could teach him your customs and he'd be happy to support you all the way.
33. Dark Pit would probably reluctantly live with you. He probably doesn't like you....right?

35. Wario would probably live on the couch and leave his dirty clothes everywhere, watching TV. He would probably make you do the taxes and steal a bit of your money to fund his company. He also smells like shit and farts a lot. But hey, he pays the rent!
36. Snake would never wear a shirt, preferring the boxers only look. He would vacuum the house a lot. He doesn't like intruders.
37. Ike would be an ideal roommate. He's polite, would do anything for you, and has no patience for evil. That said, that big fucking sword might dent the floor from him shoving it in there and crossing his arms.
38. P.T has a lot of pets. He'll cover the pet expenses, but don't be surprised if stuff happen-IVYSAUR POLLINATED ON THE FLOOR AGAIN GOD FUCKING DAMMIT
39. Diddy Kong would play the guitar very loudly and would talk to you about his aspiring beatboxing career. But that's just monkey business. Also, he has firearms.
40. Lucas would be very quiet, often playing outside or tending to his own needs. Sometimes he'll open up to you though.
41. Sonic would never leave you alone. You're his buddy, and he has a lot of buddies. Despite how much he pesters you, he does mean well, and he will fight for you if the situation needs it
42. King Dedede would often be very loud and egotistical, eating a lot of food and maybe asking you to do things in a rude way. But he has a big heart despite his selfishness, and would help you if needed.
43. You would probably sit on Olimar by accident, killing him.

44. Lucario is just a ninja dog that can talk telepathically. They're sensitive about their thigh situation.
45. R.O.B would be a very nice decoration.
46. Toon Link would spend his time outside, next to a lake house, boating. He's not one for talk, like his ancestral line, but he is a bit loud despite this.
47. Wolf would be very dangerous to live with, not because of him but because of the bounty on his head and his own endeavors in hunting. But despite this, he's a charmer and an ace pilot. He can also sing Sinatra. Who knew?!
48. Villager is a bit of an odd case. In a way they're a bit like a normal human being, except they can pocket just about anything. Otherwise, just your average Joe.
49. Mega Man would be mostly around to do busywork. He's a nice kid, but he has a bit of a problem with senile scientists.
50. Wii Fit Trainer would put you on their fitness program. No more junk food, only fitness and health. It's a lifestyle. They're also great at cuddling.
51. Rosalina would be a very quiet lady. But she's easy to please if you're a good parent to her Lumas. She's great in bed.
52. Mac would be a good roommate, spending his time in the garage training with Doc and making sure you're okay. You also get front row seats to his WVBA matches!
53. Greninja would require a huge cage, maybe even a dojo. They're very fond of TMNT.
54. Pit would pretty much invite Palu over day 1. She's a bit of a flirt and has an ego, but she's sweet. Order out though. She isn't very good at the stove.
55. Pac-Man is an absolute sweetheart. He will cook dinner for you and treat you right to whatever you desire. He's also a master chef. Yum!
56. Robin spends a lot of time reading and writing. They'll try out new spells in the kitchen. Hope you saved up for property damage.
57. Shulk is a bit of an outsider even living with him. He has a ton of friends though, and all of them will treat you like one of their own.
58. Jr. lives with his dad, expectedly. He's a bit of a brat. He also likes when things go his way. Don't make him mad or he'll call his papa.
59. Duck Hunt Duo is literally a dog and a duck connect the dots guys
60. You likely won't see Ryu around the house much. He's a wanderer, always looking for the purpose in life, trying to figure out what it all means. He's the splitting image of respect, though, and he will be there to fight for you if ever needed.
61. Ken is LOADED, and will give you anything you ever need. He's also a gentleman, supportive and a charmer, despite his ego. Don't expect to get away spoiled though, disciple. You're going through his training whether you like it or not!
62. Cloud is quiet and stoic, kinda like Samus. Except he's also got a bit of an attitude. You can use his sword to cut up some meatloaf for dinner, though!
63. Corrin is essentially a friend and a pet, what with the whole dragon thing and all. Yeah that's weird. Remind them to wear shoes.
64. Bayo would be an absolute cunt to everyone but you, cause she likes you. She's almost illegal levels of charming. She also helps with hairstyles.
65. Inkling is a kid....and a squid. They'll probably have good taste in fashion, but they're gonna need a ride to get there.
66. Ridley would help you with math homework, he's actually quite the intellectual. Don't bring friends over when he's around though, unless you hate having friends [alive].
67. Simon has no real conception of modern customs, as he's a 17th century barbarian. Despite his confusion, he tries to make the most of what he knows. He likes architecture.
68. Richter likes skateboarding and The Simpsons (despite not understanding it.) Despite how hunky he is, he's not one for sex.
69. King K. will likely ask you to shine his golden belly and treat you like a servant sometimes. But he's a big fan of opera and the Pirates of the Caribbean series. He cries during Disney movies.
70. Isabelle spends a lot of her time at work, she's very busy. But in her spare time, she's a cuddler and loves romantic comedies.
71. Incin is a beast of a roommate. They're loud and proud, and will always look to you for validation. They absolutely love posing for you, seeing as you're their biggest fan.
72-74. The Miis, similar to villager, would likely be just kinda....average. Hope you enjoy your new friends though!
75. Plant would constantly ask for food but otherwise they're completely comfortable sitting in their pot, vibing.
76. Joker would likely ask you for help with school, and often he's with his friends. His cat is weird.
77. The Hero(s) would be very charismatic but noble friends, though they often ask you to tag along. Eight would probably need help with a hamster cage.
78. Banjo would be a sweetheart to you, albeit a little lazy. He's also a great bodyguard.

79. House? The streets are what home is to Mr. Bogard. Terry would often spend time with you at bars, talking about the town and his training. He also would take shit from no one, so he's a great guy all around. He's got sass, though. And he's very open about his dad.
80. Byleth would often educate you on battle plans and minor things. They're sweet, though, and a cuddler. Word has it they're a big eater too.
81. Min Min would ask for help around the restaurant she works at. She likely would live in the restaurant too, just above it. Despite being quiet, she's a sweetie. Her arms take up an entire storage unit.
82. Steve is pretty much "the roommate." He's a hard worker. He does his job but asks just as much for yours. He's nice, he's a good friend. In fact, he BUILT the house you're living in with him! Go Steve!
