The USPS shipped ballots across State Lines, and they we're counted over and over again in different states, because of fudge Emmett Sullivan's Order.

Fudge Sullivan does this all the time. Pretends to be"outraged" about people's actions. This is done to give him cover, it's his "tell". Just like in the past but he pretended to be outraged over "prosecutorial misconduct", and then allowed even more.
And then in the General Flynn case, appointed his friend to act as prosecutor. It would be a struggle to come up with something more ridiculous. So when you see the judge being "outraged" like this,
You know they were doing exactly what he ordered them to do, in this case, get all the ballots and send them to the places he was told by his "handlers" to do so
