She asked for a decrease in the children's exposure to COVID risk.
The Judge ordered
- the children from their safe home in a low COVID area
- the children to begin traveling every other month to live in a COVID hotbed state and county 6 hrs away

- this mother, fighting for her children's lives, to travel 12 hours roundtrip every other month to the COVID hotbed county and state that just declared itself in a state of emergency...to pick up her children from the abusive ex

The judge threatened to hold this mother in contempt of court for asking the father to consider safer ways to execute the visitations during the pandemic, the father that sent her a threat to expose the children to COVID risk if she didn't agree to his demands.
The judge saw the father's threat in court.
Heard the mother's pleas for life. Saw the letter from the children's pediatrician on the COVID risk. Inquired nothing of the mother and children's pre-existing conditions, nothing of breathing conditions or immunocompromised state.

He ordered the potential end to this Black mother and these beautiful children's health + life. In a pandemic that kills Black children + adults disproportionately.
