I am very disappointed in the #cdnmedia. Their he said she said approach without fact-checking enabled some elected officials to lie to us about vaccines on tv and in press for two weeks. They let the misinformation out and let it grow bigger.

Why is there no accountability. Why has it become so easy, so unbelievably easy for the #cdnmedia to enable misinformation?! This is very scary.
And don't tell me they started pushing back. Yes they did, only yesterday after two weeks of letting elected members of #HoC to lie to Canadians unchallenged for the most part.

Do you know why this keeps happening? Because the conservatives have realized that they can create the illusion of corruption, with the help of the media of course, if they keep introducing committees. No one will ask any questions. They will get headline after headline!
Another one. See @CBCNews is producing the fact checking in the tweet itself but lets the headline mislead. The tweet will be buried, the headline will live.
